Orders typically take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary and may take multiple weeks depending on your location within Canada.

2. Cost

The costs depend on the weight of the product. All of our products can be shipped for under $5 CAD currently.

3. Missing orders

Vertigo Boards is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We do not offer replacements or refunds for missing orders. If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
